Select firmware and click Flash to begin

Connect your reTerminal with a USB data cable first.

Target: board + panel

Connect the board with a USB data cable.
Double-tap the reset button quickly until a drive named XIAO-BOOT appears.
Download the .uf2 file, then copy it onto that drive. The board reboots when the copy finishes.

Prefer Chrome or Edge if you want the Hub to write the file directly to the drive.
